ONOVO partnered with renowned Wicklow based  Architect Martin Noone and Powerscourt Distillery to deliver a turnkey fit-out encompassing the Whiskey tasting lounge & café, retail boutique, AV viewing cinema area and uniquely elegant tasting and meeting rooms within the restored and extended historic mill building at Powerscourt Estate. The scope included:

The retail and café areas feature bespoke cabinetry in warm timber tones, showcasing Fercullen whiskeys in illuminated display units and sleek service counters. Six intimate tasting rooms and an elegant meeting suite offer tailored joinery, premium detailing, and refined finishes, creating an immersive luxury environment. Rich stone accents, soft ambient lighting, and clean-lined joinery reinforce the brand’s premium identity and provide a warm, inviting setting for retail, hospitality, and tasting experiences.
